Can I paint over the old paint on my trailer without removing it? I am pretty sure what is on there now is rattle can spray paint. I'm going to use tractor paint. I think it's called oil based enamel...

I would sand it down really well first. Anything that's not "Stuck" will make your new paint peel. Of course, then primer. You're gonna paint over the palm trees?? VK

I would suggest testing either an old, replaced panel off the trailer or a small, relatively inconspicuous (and somewhere where you could clean it all back off) spot first with the primer and paint...
